Water Rates
Minimum 6,000 gallons, $68.00$7.00 per thousand on all usage over the minimum.Water bills are sent quarterly in January, April, July, and October. The due dates are always the last day of these months.
There is also a $21.00 line maintenance fee added to every customer bill/quarter. This charge will be used to improve the distribution system.
Sewage Rates
Sewage is based on your water consumption.Minimum 6,000 gallons for $30.00$4.50 per thousand on all usage over the minimum.Sewage bills are sent quarterly in February, May, August and November. The due dates are always the last day of these months.
There is also a $21.00 maintenance fee added to every customers bill/quarter. This charge will be used to improve the treatment facility. Borough sewage line charge of $5.00 per quarter on all sewage bills.
SEWER LINE PROJECT FEES
The sewer line project fees are charged by the various Boroughs to pay loans and are collected by Municipal Authority of Belle Vernon by incorporating it into the sewage bill.
NORTH BELLE VERNON CUSTOMERS
An additional $102.00 sewerline project fee will be collected per quarter on all sewage bills.

WATER AND SEWAGE DEPOSITS
For property owners, water and sewage deposits are refundable one year from your sign up date. For tenants, all bills must be paid before your deposit is refunded. You must have your original deposit receipts to be reimbursed for your deposit.
